Q Square is an independent planning consultancy founded by Richard Quelch. Clients range from housebuilders, small and medium size developers, family businesses, landowners and pension funds.  Richard established Q Square having previously worked as a Planning Director within a Central London Real Estate Firm. Richard has experience in a range of areas, including residential, mixed-use development and hotel sectors. From a locational perspective, the majority of Richard's work has focused in London and in and around the M25 commuter belt. He can also act as Expert Witness.
